Our Name

Arco — the arch. A structure that bears weight by transferring force outward, holding two sides together. It is the form we build for our clients: the connection between a brand and the markets it seeks to reach. An arch is patient work. Stones must be placed in order, each bearing on the next, until the keystone locks the whole. So too is the work of building a channel: outreach, trust, negotiation, repetition. We do not promise shortcuts. We promise the arch.

To help global brands enter new markets through wholesale channels — with rigorous research, disciplined execution, and the operational infrastructure to scale. We work where most consultancies stop: through the first orders, the first re-orders, and into the systems that make growth sustainable.

Founder

Giada Deng

Giada Deng founded Arco Consultancy after a decade across DFS, Caudalie, and IWC / Richemont — leading market entry, retail development, and operations across Europe and Greater China. She works fluently in Mandarin, Cantonese, Italian, and English, and splits her time between Hong Kong, Milan, and Shenzhen.
